If the parties voluntarily participate in community service activities such as domestic waste classification, they can put forward to the law enforcement officers on the spot; You can also submit a written application to your community to participate in activities arranged by the community for a certain period of time. If the party concerned requests the law enforcement officer to participate in the activity on the spot, the law enforcement officer shall contact the community to provide assistance for the party concerned to participate in the activity.
Participate in garbage sorting community service activities, which need to be recorded and fed back to the law enforcement department. According to the guidelines, when participating in the activities arranged by the community, the parties shall feed back the time, place, form, text, photo records, contact person and contact information of the organization to the law enforcement department. The law enforcement department shall communicate with the contact person of the organization of the event to verify the participation of the parties in the event.
If the relevant records of the parties' participation in community service activities and photos are clear and complete, the law enforcement department may not impose administrative punishment.
